Additional shipping fees will apply for any order that consists of
more than 1 manufacturer.
- If your order consists of 2 or more manufacturers we will deduct
$9.95 for every $299.00 you spend.
- Additional fees will apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and
International Orders. Please add 3-5 days to projected delivery time.

If an order consists of items from multiple manufacturers, there will be an additional
$9.95 shipping fee per manufacturer that will be added after your order is placed. This is done only when more than one package has to be
shipped to complete your order. Please keep in mind the actual cost for
shipping products like tile carry a tremendous amount of weight and actually
cost us a great deal more to ship.
- All orders ship UPS.
- UPS will not ship any order to a PO Box .
- All orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico will incur an additional
shipping and handling fee. Please add 3-5 days to projected delivery time.

We do not accept credit cards issued outside the United States because we are unable to verify the information. Orders with this information will be flagged and put on hold. You will receive a separate email with the additional shipping charges and instructions on where to send payment. Payment must be sent in the form of an international money order or bank check.
- All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Surface. Please add 3-5 days to projected delivery time. We will email you with the actual shipping amount for your approval prior to processing your order. However, your purchase may be subject to additional duties and charges collected by UPS on behalf of your country at the time of delivery.

Missing or Damaged Merchandise
All orders are inspected prior to shipment. If a product is received damaged or missing, please contact us in writing (
E-mail or Fax ) within 48 hours. We will replace all missing or damaged merchandise
immediately.
