FIRST OFF - this is not like any tile you have ever laid if you are a Dy person. The vertical surfaces will be challenging and you will use more grout than anticipated because the rocks are so many depths ... not all a uniform sheet. But give it the time AMA tweaks it requires and you will have a million dollar look for a couple of hundred bucks. I love it, it was well worth the extra effort to use this product I did a fireplace surround, a connecting partition between rooms and a support column with this product. The finished product looks stellar,

Absolutely beautiful tile! I used a total of about 55 sq.ft. for a kitchen backsplash and it looks just stunning--shimmery but not garish--with soft gray (ikea) cabinets and bamboo countertop. There is a lot of color variation in the mother of pearl which I think is hard to appreciate on the computer screen and I would recommend ordering one sheet to confirm that it is what you want. I have to say the service was outstanding! After the installation of the tile half way up the kitchen wall looked so good, I ordered more (but not enough) to continue the tile up to the ceiling. Consequently, I placed 3 separate orders for the same material and all 3 times the tile arrived within 48 hours of my placing the order without any rush services requested! And for the quality of the material, I think the price is totally reasonable.

We used Polished Pebble Tile Mesh Backed Sheet in Black Pearl on shower floor and coordinating Polished Pebble Border Tile for the accent lane on the shower enclosure wall. To make everything perfect you will need to adjust the shape of the tiles a little bit (around the drain, in the corners etc.) I recommend to use hot glue gun and extra pieces of mesh (drywall mesh would work). Grout will do the rest! In our project it was charcoal non-sanded grout.
